2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced.
1 red onion, diced
Half a cucumber, peeled and diced.
1 tomato, chopped
2 tbsp Mama’s Not So Hot Sauce
3 tbsp chopped coriander
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a serving bowl, combine the prepared mango, cucumber, tomato and coriander. Drizzle with olive oil, Mama’s Not So Hot Sauce and lime juice.
- Season well with salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients together.
